time tasting and testing to make sure that a new blend is

as the roasting is also called, is happening as gently as
possible. We have got a highly modern plant, but are roasting
according to best roasting tradition.As soon as the beans
have cooled down they are vacuum-packed in order to keep the
the incomparable aroma. When selecting packaging materials
we look for those that are technically best-suited to the
task and, of course, meet up to the highest possible level
of environmental acceptability.
