Quality Control
To ensure the safety of its products, We have a number of demanding quality control procedures throughout the production process. The first link in the chain is the cow that produces the raw material, which is the milk. The milk producer, who takes care of his herd, must comply with several hygiene and quality regulations that are essential to guarantee food safety.Some of the requirements demanded by us have an additional objective that is to pay the producers for their own milk rather than the milk from a number of them. These controls are therefore individual, based on the actual quality of the milk from each producer.

Every cup a pleasure
Cream for coffee is a product that is appreciated by everyone. Light and tasty, it mixes instantly in coffee or tea, even if it is very hot. Synonymous with freshness, hygiene and conviviality, the individual cream portions are also economical and practical. The images that decorate the foil tops are changed frequently inviting the customer to learn something new or reflect a little.

Minimum legal requirements :
The regulations concerning quality assurance and control in the dairy industry (OQL) are strictly applied by us. Among other thing, these regulations stipulate that:Milk that is sold must comply with the following requirements, according to the various methods used and range of results obtained.

The SICL takes from each producer, one or two samples of milk delivered per month and at least 14 samples per calendar year. If two samples per month are taken, it is the lower quality one of the two that will be used as a reference in a decision to suspend milk deliveries.
